  • Manages escalated tickets from OCCE1 for advanced troubleshooting
  • Proactively monitors system health, performance, and uptime
  • Identifies recurring incidents and initiates root cause analysis
  • Configures and maintains network devices
  • Manages cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Develops operational runbooks and playbooks
  • Participates in on-call rotations
  • Prepares post-incident reports and root cause analysis
  • Coordinates shift handovers
  • Leads system administration efforts
  • Participates in project management and capacity planning
