Integrations Engineer

Blend is seeking an Integrations Engineer to join their innovative team. As part of the Integrations team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining integration patterns that connect the Blend platform to major systems in the lending space. You'll create and develop integration processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure integrations are designed as reusable building blocks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing Blend and Loan Origination Systems integration processes
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Communicating technical details to various stakeholders
• Designing robust and reusable integrations
• Troubleshooting software issues
• Participating in code reviews and offering peer mentorship

The ideal candidate has:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience building high-quality production software
• Experience with integration frameworks like Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
• Skills in designing API specs using YAML/RAML conventions
• Experience with databases like Postgres and MongoDB
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
