Part-Time Video Operator/Engineer - Blue Man Group Boston

Blue Man Group Boston is seeking a Part-Time Video Operator/Engineer for their theatrical production. This role requires a working knowledge of digital video equipment, ability to identify and repair problems, and experience with live video switching and hand-held camera work. Knowledge of video display surfaces, projectors, media servers, media playback software (e.g., Qlab), and computer networks is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Executing show cues and performing preset and post-show duties
• Maintaining clear communication with Stage Manager and Supervisor
• Operating in a safe, professional, and timely manner

The position demands regular weekend availability, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holiday/spring break seasons. Occasional weekday maintenance calls may be required. This is a part-time, hourly position with immediate hiring needs.
