Their platform delivers essential features including live location tracking, ETA notifications, operational dashboards, and route optimization, serving schools, families, and drivers across the United States.

As a Fullstack Engineer with a backend focus, you'll be at the forefront of developing scalable systems that directly impact the efficiency of student transportation. The role offers a unique blend of backend and frontend development, with a primary emphasis on backend systems. The position requires 3+ years of experience and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $145,000, along with meaningful equity. The remote-first environment provides flexibility in working hours and location, making it an attractive opportunity for developers who value work-life balance. What makes this role particularly exciting is the opportunity to work on real-world challenges that directly impact communities. You'll be part of a tight-knit, cross-functional engineering team that values collaboration, ownership, and long-term thinking. The tech stack is modern and well-structured, including technologies like Kubernetes on GCP, Redis, and ElasticSearch, providing ample opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and practices.

This is an ideal position for a developer who wants to make a meaningful impact while working with modern technologies in an environment that promotes learning, growth, and work-life balance.
