Responsibilities For Associate Linux Support Engineer

  • Provide technical support for employees from remote home office
  • Take ownership of new cases via telephone, email and web

Requirements For Associate Linux Support Engineer

Linux
  • Exceptional academic track record
  • Undergraduate degree in technical subject (Computer Science, MIS, Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • Experience with Linux troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Linux server administration, programming fundamentals, networking, or cloud computing
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year
