Engineering Manager (multiple openings)

This remote role focuses on people management and supports 35+ Engineers across 6 cross-functional Product Teams. The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering teams, a background in software development, and strong communication skills.

As an Engineering Manager at Carwow, you'll manage 6-12 people across 1-2 teams, fostering effective and autonomous teams in collaboration with Product Managers and Lead Engineers. You'll play a crucial role in implementing and evolving career progression frameworks, improving diversity and inclusion, and ensuring clear direction and strategy for your teams.
