The global IT team is responsible for the complete support of all the critical applications running on the Celonis systems. We are the backbone for the critical IT infrastructure and ensure smooth functioning of the global systems.
The role will be based only in BANGALORE, INDIA and a Work from Office role with a lot of flexibility given to employee. The 1st level support engineer would support all the critical Celonis internal IT systems and would be part of our CoE in Bengaluru Hub of Celonis. The 1st level support engineer should have proven experience of handling and managing MAC OS (Mandatorily) and Windows.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will:
- Be a critical point of contact and the 1st contact person for all IT related issues & queries for this CoE
- Be part of the Global IT team and get an opportunity to interact and learn everyday something new from the team
- Resolve, transfer or escalate IT tickets raised by internal employees
- Work in an international IT support team to solve issues globally
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues via phone, email and remote control
- Operate, transport, adjust and install/configure computing and related equipment (Mac/Windows environment) for the workplace
- Be responsible for Onboarding of new Celonis employees in India
- Communicate with users and staff to understand, identify, document and resolve problems
- Perform simple repairs to computing and related equipment
- Develop documentation/user guides for common user issues
- Provide Mobile Device support for corporate smartphones
- Offer on-site support for the Celonis Bengaluru Office
Qualifications needed:
- Experience of at least 2-5 years in IT Support
- Knowledge of the MAC environment along with Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016
- Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory
- Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networks
- Microsoft O365 knowledge
- Ability to operate and maintain network printers and network components like video-conferencing systems based on Zoom
- Troubleshooting skills for drivers / software applications
- Knowledge in Mobile Device Management solutions
