Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)

Centralize is building a multi-billion dollar GTM company that will revolutionize the way people sell. As a founding engineer, you'll work across the full stack to build the core product.

You'll work directly with founders to scope and own features end-to-end, building high-quality integrations with various software apps. The role involves creating beautiful frontend components and scalable backend systems at rapid pace, while implementing complex LLM pipelines with near-perfect accuracy.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with intense deadlines. You should be an expert in complex frontend & backend systems (React, NextJS, background jobs, DB architecture) and able to learn new technologies quickly. The ideal candidate can take undefined product requirements and independently scope + execute large features, optimizing for both speed and scale.

Our founding team includes product leaders and principal engineers from Facebook Shops, Slack Huddles, and Modern Treasury. We're backed by Y Combinator, Salesforce Ventures, and notable executives from companies like Slack, Box, Retool, Brex & Notion.

The role requires strong English communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proven track record of building impressive products. You should be passionate about user success and work well in a team environment. Experience in GTM tooling, being a founder/founding engineer, or having built significant side projects are all valuable bonuses.
