Centralize is building an AI-powered relationship intelligence platform for enterprise sellers. As a founding engineer, you'll help build the core of Centralize' product across the stack. You will completely own features end-to-end & work directly with the founders to scope out the problem space, build high-quality, durable integrations with various software apps, make complex LLM pipelines work at near-perfect accuracy, iterate rapidly with customers to address their requests & help shape the engineering roadmap, and build fast.
You'll be successful in this role if you have strong English communication skills in speaking & writing, are an expert in building complex frontend & backend systems (React, NextJS, background jobs, DB architecture, etc), can rapidly learn new technologies, are able to take undefined product thinking & independently scope + execute large features optimizing for speed with attention to scale, have a history of building large, impressive products either at a past company or on their own, have an extremely high bar for quality and attention to detail, care a ton about user success and satisfaction, and are kind, humble, and a great team player.
Bonus points if you've previously worked in the GTM tooling space (sales, customer success, etc) or have familiarity with similar tools, previously been a founder or founding engineer, built something awesome on the side, or have experienced at least 1 sales call.
Centralize's founding team consists of product leaders & principal engineers who launched Facebook Shops, Slack Huddles & Modern Treasury Reconciliation. They're proud to be backed by Y Combinator, Salesforce Ventures, Cal Henderson (Co-Founder @ Slack), Noah Weiss (ex-CPO @ Slack), Joe Teplow (SVP, Salesforce Labs) and GTM executives at Box, Retool, Brex & Notion. Their advisors include revenue leaders @ Highspot, Dropbox, Truework & Front.
