.NET Engineer

CI&T, a global tech transformation company with over 6,500 employees, is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior .NET Developer to join their team. This role combines development and support activities, focusing on handling client incidents that require L3 knowledge. The position involves working with a development team in Brazil while managing incidents and requests from US-based clients, demanding strong English communication skills.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work as both a Developer and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), focusing on maintaining and improving system reliability, availability, and performance. You'll be responsible for implementing code changes, applying SRE practices, and working with logs and metrics for monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of .NET development experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in cloud environments (preferably Azure). Knowledge of modern technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio is essential. Experience with DevOps culture, SRE discipline, and distributed systems monitoring would be advantageous.

This is a remote position based in the Philippines, working on a night shift schedule (9 hours/day, 5 days/week) to align with international client needs.
