This role is part of a multi-year CRM transformation effort utilizing Salesforce to enhance the sales journey through digitization and process simplification. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 2 days per week in downtown Chicago.

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining critical CRM capabilities for web and mobile solutions. The role demands expertise in Salesforce technologies including Lightning, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You'll work within a collaborative environment, participating in the full software development lifecycle and integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation with a BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, combined with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, OAUTH2, CICD Pipeline, and modern development tools. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and SQL is advantageous. The role requires a balance of technical expertise and business acumen, as you'll be collaborating with various stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical partners.

Requirements For Salesforce Developer

JavaScript
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related major
  • Knowledge of Lightning, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Reports, CRM Analytics
  • Understanding of OAUTH2, Caching, Future calls, Outlook integration, CICD Pipeline
  • Experience with modern IDEs, SCM tools (Git, SVN), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce DX
  • Experience with SDLC tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Salesforce certifications are an asset (Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or Certified App Builder)
