Data Center Network Consulting Engineer - (ACI MultiPod & Multisite Fabric architectures, Nexus) 8-12 years

Cisco is seeking a Data Center Network Consulting Engineer with expertise in ACI MultiPod & Multisite Fabric architectures and Nexus platforms. This role is part of the Customer Experience (CX) team, focusing on delivering premier customer experiences through network-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology design, implementation, and optimization for projects to accelerate customer outcomes
• Provide integration and implementation support for Cisco technologies
• Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution designs
• Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve and validate issues
• Develop customer collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials
• Drive customer technology transitions and influence solution architectures

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent with 8-12 years of relevant experience (advanced degree preferred)
• Data Centre related certification (CCIE, CCNP VCP, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies
• Strong Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge and hands-on experience
• Experience in designing Data Center solutions, including VXLAN Fabric-based SDN solutions
• Technical understanding of DC solutions involving network services appliances
• Knowledge of cloud computing with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Experience with computing, virtualization, and container environments
