We offer small-batch, restaurant-quality meals crafted by a diverse collective of over 100 all-star chefs from cities like NYC, LA, and Austin. Our weekly subscription service caters to various palates and dietary preferences, delivering over 1 million meals per month.

As a Staff Software Engineer in Marketing Technology, you'll be at the forefront of designing and architecting scalable platforms to effectively reach customers across various channels. This highly cross-functional role involves close collaboration with marketing, design, product, data, and policy teams to drive impactful changes. You'll be responsible for seamlessly integrating our marketing technology stack, optimizing both mobile and desktop customer experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the architecture and implementation of the marketing technology stack
  • Collaborating on customer data platform (CDP) integration and custom data pipeline development
  • Supporting A/B testing strategies using platforms like SiteSpect
  • Integrating advertising platforms with the broader MarTech ecosystem
  • Ensuring data quality and governance for marketing technology
  • Supporting personalization strategies through MarTech tools
  • Providing technical leadership in scoping new MarTech solutions
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations
  • Designing scalable APIs and reliable production systems

The ideal candidate will have:

  • BS in Computer Science (MS or Ph.D. preferred)
  • 8+ years of industry experience in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Expertise in customer data platforms (CDPs), particularly Segment
  • Proficiency with A/B testing platforms like SiteSpect
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms and their integrations
  • Experience in Data Engineering technologies
  • Design experience in scalable APIs and reliable production systems
  • Deep knowledge of API integrations and data management
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
