Copeland, a global climate technologies company with $5B in revenue, is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer to lead process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. This role focuses on manufacturing operations management systems and supports data-driven continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global manufacturing sites, work with cross-functional teams, and drive enhancements in process capability.
