Manufacturing Software Engineer

Copeland, a global climate technologies leader with $5 billion in revenue, is seeking a Manufacturing Software Engineer to join their team in Ava, MO. This role combines software development with manufacturing systems support, offering a unique opportunity to work with both traditional software development and industrial automation systems.

The position involves designing and implementing software solutions for web, desktop, and automation support, while also managing critical IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and CNC systems. As an ideal candidate, you'll have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, strong programming fundamentals, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience with .NET, Ignition, Python, or Rockwell Automation is advantageous, as is manufacturing automation experience.
