Senior Platform Engineer

Corti is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to help scale their multi-tenant Kubernetes setup and improve developer experience. The role involves working closely with product and site-reliability teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and performant systems. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing automation tools, architecting the platform for growth, and contributing to a strong development culture through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in a Platform Engineer or DevOps role, with expertise in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), strong programming skills (Golang or Python), and knowledge of distributed systems are essential. The role also requires experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).

Bonus skills include experience with Kubernetes operators, implementing developer tools, and implementing security standards like SOC2, HIPAA, CJIS, or GDPR.
