The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in San Diego, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday. The role requires expertise in C#, AWS, and modern development practices, offering a competitive salary range of $124,000-$202,000 plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities For Lender - Senior Software Engineer (C#/AWS)
- Designing, building, testing and deploying scalable, reusable and maintainable applications that handle large amounts of data
- Taking full ownership of work, from development and testing, to deployment and production support
- Collaborating with engineers, product owners, designers, and leadership
- Becoming a trusted team member in technical architecture, design and code
- Advocating for evolution and improvement within teams
- Gaining deep understanding of CoStar business and Analytic products
Requirements For Lender - Senior Software Engineer (C#/AWS)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not for profit university or college
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Solid understanding and experience with Object Oriented Programming
- Deep knowledge of modern server-side languages and application frameworks (C#, .NET Framework, Web API, Node)
- Knowledge of modern front end (JavaScript, React, etc.) languages and frameworks
- Expertise with relational database systems such as SQL Server
- Expertise with software development best practices
- Expertise with Source Control, such as Git or TFS
