The position involves building distributed systems that serve thousands of users, utilizing C#, .NET Framework, and AWS technologies. Based in Arlington, VA, this hybrid role offers a 4-days onsite, 1-day remote schedule. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of .NET development experience and strong database skills. Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer (.NET)
- Build big, distributed, API-driven systems for tens of thousands of users
- Produce bullet-proof code that is robust, efficient, and maintainable using C#, .NET Framework, JSON, SQL Server, and AWS
- Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer (.NET)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college
- 5+ years of deep .NET development (C#) experience including cross-platform communication technologies
- 3+ years of database design, T-SQL programming, and performance tuning experience
- Experience with Object Oriented design principles and software design patterns
- Experience in application performance testing and unit testing
- Solid understanding of HTTP concepts
- Experience with .NET Core (preferred)
- AWS or Azure experience (preferred)
