Sr Staff Engineer

The Growth team at Creative Fabrica is at the forefront of user experience, building and optimizing key platform features. They work fast, experiment frequently, and continuously improve the platform through small iterations and multiple daily deployments.

As a Sr Staff Engineer, you'll own key components of Creative Fabrica's marketplace upper funnel, including the homepage, categories, products, and search. This role involves tackling scalability and performance challenges while making a significant impact on the business. You'll drive the technical vision for the next.js based marketplace platform, covering a broad scope of functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-creating technical strategy and architecture for the main website
• Being an active member of the front-end guild, mentoring others
• Contributing hands-on to the codebase
• Advocating for modern development practices

Requirements include production experience with high-traffic next.js applications, understanding of web fundamentals and performance, Growth Marketing concepts, and proficiency with modern web development tools. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring and mentoring engineers, be a thought leader, and have exceptional communication skills.
