An ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday (particularly HCM, Payroll, Integrations, reporting and security) and exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This role will allow you to apply your Workday and general systems knowledge to Crunchyroll's people systems. You will provide technical expertise in people systems, including configuration, administration and roadmapping. You will work closely with your own team, peers and the Business teams, to collaborate on creative solutions for technical challenges, provide input on the People Systems roadmap and provide direct impact to our business partners. You will interact frequently with senior management and must become a trusted thought-leader to our extended business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Workday HCM configuration and Integration work.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday, emphasizing proficiency in HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.

  • Review functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and identify opportunities for enhancements.
  • Maintain accountability for data integrity and security configurations.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of Workday configuration and Integration hands-on experience, with a specialized focus in HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits. Experience with International payroll and Workday security is required. The role demands in-depth knowledge of human capital management and the ability to lead complex, transformational initiatives in a global environment.
