Description For Associate Engineering Intake - CampUs Program

We're seeking Associate Engineers to join our CampUs program in February 2025. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to start your career in software engineering with ongoing, adaptable, and personalized development opportunities.

As an Associate Engineer, you'll work on cross-functional, lightweight Agile teams, tackling a wide variety of technical problems across our codebases. You'll collaborate with other engineers through pair programming, work with product managers and designers to understand customer problems, and help develop, refine, and implement solutions. You'll also maintain and support the services your team is responsible for.

The ideal candidate has completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering (or related STEM discipline), or finished a coding bootcamp within the last 12 months. You should be willing to learn and work across our technology stack, including React/TypeScript, Ruby, Kotlin, and Go.
