Description For Business Systems Developer

Curology, a leading personalized skincare company, is seeking a Business Systems Developer to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business operations, focusing on supporting and enhancing the company's ERP ecosystem, primarily NetSuite.

The position requires a skilled developer with strong business acumen who can bridge the gap between technical implementation and business needs. You'll be working with SuiteScripting, SuiteFlow, and Celigo's Integrator.io to create, maintain, and optimize business systems integrations. The role involves collaborating with various departments to gather requirements, develop customizations, and architect solutions that streamline business processes.

As a Business Systems Developer, you'll be responsible for executing projects from concept to completion, maintaining critical integration points between applications, and ensuring the smooth operation of business systems. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies while solving complex business challenges in a growing company.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited PTO (minimum 3 weeks), equity packages, and various other perks including mental health programs and company-sponsored events.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of hands-on development experience within NetSuite, strong technical skills in various scripting types, and a solid understanding of ERP business processes. This role offers the perfect blend of technical development and business process optimization, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both coding and solving business challenges.

Working at Curology means joining a company that values work-life balance, professional growth, and employee wellbeing. The hybrid work environment provides flexibility while maintaining collaborative opportunities with the team. If you're passionate about creating efficient business solutions through technology and want to be part of a company that's revolutionizing skincare, this role could be your perfect next step.
