Developer Experience Principal Engineer

Dell Technologies is seeking a Developer Experience Principal Engineer to join their ISG TechOps team in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. This role is crucial in enhancing the developer experience across Dell's Infrastructure Solutions organization.

The position sits within the ISG TechOps team, which encompasses DevSecOps, LabOps, IT software and tools, and Strategy and Transformation. As a DevEx Principal Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of improving developer workflows and driving standardization of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) at scale.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $185,000 and comes with Dell's comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time position requiring 7+ years of relevant experience, particularly in developer experience, workflow standardization, and DevOps practices.
