Responsibilities For Software Developer/Front-End Designer/Support Engineer

  • Participate in full SDLC: demos, design, development, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post go-live support
  • Develop high-quality, responsive code using C#, JavaScript, Python, and Java
  • Create and implement wireframes and prototypes using Design Tools
  • Optimize performance and ensure adherence to branding/design principles
  • Deliver first-tier 24/7 customer support (on-call roster)
  • Troubleshoot BAU incidents and implement change requests
  • Support end-user enquiries
