Responsibilities For Software Developer/Front-End Designer/Support Engineer

  • Participate across the full SDLC: demos, design, development, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post go-live support
  • Conceive, design, and develop high-quality, responsive, and maintainable code
  • Create and implement wireframes and prototypes using Design Tools
  • Optimize performance and ensure adherence to branding/design principles
  • Deliver first-tier 24/7 customer support (on-call roster)
  • Troubleshoot BAU incidents, implement change requests, and support end-user enquiries
  • Ensure system stability and user satisfaction

Requirements For Software Developer/Front-End Designer/Support Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • 3+ years' experience in front-end development, support engineering, and UI/UX design
