Founding Engineer (Fullstack)

Dioptra is the trusted contract review AI Agent, partnering with Wilson Sonsini (Top 3 Silicon Valley law firm) and many others to make legal contract review 10x faster and 10x cheaper. The company is experiencing significant growth and seeking high-agency, eager founding engineers to help drive its next chapter.

The founding team consists of three deeply technical co-founders, each with over 10 years of experience from companies like Spotify, IBM Watson, and Nutanix, as well as Columbia University Professors. They have extensive experience building AI products and applications across various industries. The team recently welcomed their CLO (ex-Datadog Chief Commercial Counsel).

As a Founding Engineer, you'll be among the first few engineers at the company, with significant opportunities to shape both the infrastructure and the product. You'll work on challenging problems in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment, making a large impact on the business as an early team member.

The role requires strong full-stack development skills, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. You'll be working with modern technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, and various databases, while following best practices in CI/CD and version control.
