Description For Direct Channel Strategy & Activation Campaign Developer

The Direct Channel Strategy and Activation (DCS&A) team at Disney focuses on delivering powerful customer experiences across engagement touch points by applying data and tools to bring marketing to life. This role involves:

  • Designing and building end-to-end marketing campaign flows using Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Performing SQL queries and analyzing large datasets in Snowflake database
  • Translating technical details into compelling stories for non-technical partners
  • Creating user efficiencies and innovative solutions
  • Monitoring automated marketing campaigns
  • Working with QA partners for comprehensive testing
  • Collaborating with marketing partners to prioritize work

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote) and reports to the Manager of Direct Channel Strategy & Activation.

Requirements For Direct Channel Strategy & Activation Campaign Developer

  • 2+ years of direct experience with multiple programming languages (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML) for email
  • Direct experience with email delivery platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce
  • Direct experience with SQL analyzing large datasets
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manipulate email code templates
