Disney is seeking a Manager, Client Connect to join their Client Partnerships team. This role is responsible for delivering client response for one category, collaborating with team members, peers, and partners across sales and solutions teams to create custom innovative client-first ideas, proposals, and presentations that deliver against the goals and objectives of advertising partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating market-leading proposals and presentations in response to both proactive requests and category RFPs
- Leveraging assets and capabilities across Client Connect and Disney's overall portfolio
- Developing cohesive sales rationale and innovative ideas
- Attending client meetings with Client Connect and Sales leads to help sell through ideas
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, and/or media experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing RFP responses and building insights-led proposals
- Expertise in project management/execution with multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Docs/Sheets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
