The Consumer Insights, Measurement, and Analytics organization at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts informs strategy development through actionable data analytics, integration and insights. As a Manager-Consumer Insight for the Disneyland Resort Consumer Insight Team, you will identify demand drivers and revenue opportunities, explore consumer needs with essential segments to inform long-term strategies, and maximize the Guest experience across both parks, hotels and Downtown Disney to build long-term loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
- Integrating insights by creating fact-based insights, mining and analyzing data to test hypotheses, and summarizing multiple sources of information
- Demonstrating curiosity by proactively gathering a holistic understanding of the strategic context
- Exercising leadership by leading consumer insight projects and managing all phases of the research process
- Teaming up with partners to foster relationships and lead specific work-streams
- Leading a team by providing clear direction, managing priorities, and coaching individuals
- Communicating findings in a compelling way
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years proven experience in a related field
- Experience in project management, data analytics, and quantitative & qualitative research
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to partner with multiple levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
The role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $123,000 to $165,000 per year, potential bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is located in Anaheim, CA, at the heart of the Disneyland Resort.
