Description For Workflow and Tooling Manager

Disney Direct to Consumer (DTC) is seeking a Workflow & Tooling Manager to join their Viewer Experience team. This role will focus on driving execution of programs, processes, and internal tooling improvements to enhance both viewer and support staff experiences. The position involves collaboration with multiple teams including Viewer Experience Operations, Partner Support, Program Management, and Product teams across Hulu and Disney+ platforms. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight for products and programs, lead technology implementations, and develop operational strategies across multiple geographies. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $81,700 to $109,500 plus benefits and bonus potential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can think strategically, bridge operations and technology, and drive improvements across multiple channels and geographies. Responsibilities For Workflow and Tooling Manager

  • Provide oversight for ongoing products and programs

Requirements For Workflow and Tooling Manager

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years' equivalent experience
  • Program or project management experience with ability to write requirements and user stories
  • Project management experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience collaborating with partners to craft and implement workflows and policies
  • Ability to influence and partner cross-functionally
  • Experience communicating information to stakeholders across organizational levels
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent judgment and prioritization skills
  • Ability to travel within US and globally
