Senior Software Engineer

Duckie is building a powerful no-code platform that lets customer support teams create their own AI support agents to resolve tickets end-to-end. As a Senior Software Engineer at Duckie, you'll be working across the stack with a focus on backend infrastructure and AI systems. You'll be responsible for building the core AI agent platform, developing the workflow engine, and scaling the infrastructure as the company grows.
