Description For Java Developer

Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in data analytics with over 6,000 employees across 31 countries, is seeking a Java Developer to join their team in Sweden. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on business-critical applications while driving modernization efforts from legacy systems to cloud-based solutions.

The position requires approximately 5 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on microservices and cloud technologies. You'll be working with a mix of modern and legacy technologies, including Java, .NET, and various databases, while helping to transform applications into containerized microservices running on AWS.

The role requires proficiency in Docker, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services, along with the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.

The company offers an attractive benefits package including paid volunteer days, wellness benefits, flexible working arrangements, and comprehensive insurance coverage. They're also planning to relocate to a new office in central Stockholm (Kungsholmen) by the end of 2025, offering an improved working environment close to Stockholm Central Station.

This role is perfect for a developer who is passionate about system modernization and solving technical challenges, with the ability to bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern software solutions. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to work in a global company while maintaining local impact.
