Sr. Java Developer

Flex, a leading manufacturing partner, is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their Supply Chain Solutions team in Tczew, Poland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex supply chain management web applications that support critical business processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Solutions Development, you'll be part of a team responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and support.

The position requires a skilled developer with 5+ years of experience in Java and Spring, who can work across both backend and frontend development. You'll be working with a modern tech stack including Java 21, Spring Boot, various frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Angular), and multiple database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake). The role involves collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while following agile methodologies.
