Software Engineer - Backend/Fullstack [India]

FurtherAI is an innovative startup building vertical AI agents to automate insurance workflows. Recently seed-funded by top investors including Y Combinator, South Park Commons, and Converge VC, they're creating AI Teammates capable of handling various insurance tasks from processing unstructured documents to making phone calls.

As a Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building the core product, focusing on scalability and performance optimization. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while having significant ownership of the backend stack. The position requires at least 4 hours of overlap with PST (9AM - 9PM PST).

The founding team includes a second-time founder and a language modeling scientist from Apple, bringing strong technical expertise and startup experience. Their core mission explores whether AI can match human employees in reliability, adaptability, and continuous learning.
