Technical Co-Founder / CTO (Fintech Startup)

We are an innovative fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize peer-to-peer payments. We're building a next-generation P2P payments app that seamlessly connects multiple payment providers to create a frictionless transaction experience. As our Technical Co-Founder/CTO, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our product from the ground up and drive our technology vision forward.

The role combines technical leadership with strategic business impact. You'll be responsible for architecting and building our fintech platform while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. We're looking for someone with deep expertise in mobile development, API integrations, and fintech/payment systems.

Your responsibilities will span from hands-on development to strategic leadership - from leading the technical development of our P2P payments platform to hiring and managing a development team as we scale. You'll work closely with our non-technical founder to align technology decisions with business goals and communicate technical insights to investors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings experience from renowned fintech companies like Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App, with a strong background in mobile app development and a deep understanding of financial transactions and payment processing. You should be comfortable with regulatory compliance in fintech, including money transmission laws, KYC, and AML requirements.
