GE HealthCare is seeking a Machine Learning Data Engineer to join their Obstetric Ultrasound team. Responsibilities For Machine Learning Data Engineer - Obstetric Ultrasound

  • Configure new projects on AWS, including creation of databases for both tabular and imaging data
  • Coordinate transfer of large volumes of data from multiple sources into AWS
  • Design and implement data ETL / preprocessing pipelines
  • Manage and optimize computational resources
  • Support management of data labeling platforms
  • Help streamline dataset development, model training, and performance assessment
  • Contribute to cost-effective use of cloud resources
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and regulatory teams

Requirements For Machine Learning Data Engineer - Obstetric Ultrasound

  • Experience with MLOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • Background in ultrasound or medical imaging modalities
  • Experience with Python and scientific stack
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch)
  • 2.1 or 1st degree in technical discipline, or MSc/PhD in relevant field
  • Excellent programming and software engineering skills
  • Highly proficient in Python and SQL
