The position involves working with SOC technologies for mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, ensuring secure manufacturing testing processes. You'll be responsible for implementing end-to-end manufacturing solutions, including key provisioning, lifecycle management, and SOC security. The role requires collaboration with ASIC Architecture, Design, and Pre-silicon SOC Verification teams.
As part of the role, you'll develop digital and mixed signal test methodologies, create automation tools, and improve efuse and OTP programming processes. You'll work on releasing cost-effective production test solutions and develop secure manufacturing yield data flow systems.
