As a Configuration Engineer, you'll become a subject matter expert in process and data structures, influencing internal business processes. The role requires strong technical expertise in system-level compute architectures and experience with configuration management tools. You'll work directly with Google's Technical Infrastructure team, helping to maintain and develop the architecture that powers Google's extensive product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in configuration/systems engineering, with a strong background in BOM structure and product configuration management. You'll need expertise in PDM/PLM tools and CAD 3D Modeling tools, along with excellent investigative and organizational skills.
