- Drive operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) performance
- Be responsible for defining the business requirements and contribute to developing systems and tools

- Support development and implement reverse supply chain processes that scale globally
Requirements For Program Manager, Reverse Supply Chain Operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in program or project management
- 2 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations management
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- 8 years of experience in operations roles, with Reverse Supply Chain Operations (preferred)
- Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and KPIs
- Ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis
- Excellent communication and people management skills
