Senior CPU Architect, Google Cloud

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior CPU Architect to join their ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization. This role is crucial in shaping the future of Google's custom silicon solutions that power their direct-to-consumer products. The position involves leading CPU architecture and microarchitecture definitions, working closely with software and hardware architects, design, verification, and physical implementation teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving architectural decisions for CPU core designs, building and utilizing performance analysis infrastructure, and conducting detailed Performance, Power, Area (PPA) trade-off analyses. They will work within the MSCA organization, which is responsible for the hardware, software, and machine learning infrastructure supporting all Google services and Cloud operations.
