Senior Staff Software Developer, Front End, Google Workspace

Google is seeking a Senior Staff Software Developer for the Front End team in Google Workspace. This role involves developing next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas from various areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile development.

As a Senior Staff Software Developer, you will:

• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects
• Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers
• Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions

This position offers a competitive salary range of $237,000-$337,000 + bonus + equity + benefits, with the final offer depending on factors such as job-related skills, experience, and work location.
