Responsibilities For Software Engineering Manager III, BigQuery Core Analytics
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, recruit and onboard new talent, promote a collaborative work environment
- Define project roadmaps, manage project execution, monitor progress and report to stakeholders
- Architect and implement automation solutions, ensure high availability and scalability, optimize system performance
- Implement security best practices and manage access and permissions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and foster a culture of innovation
Requirements For Software Engineering Manager III, BigQuery Core Analytics
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects
- 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role
- Experience with Data Analytics and Generative Artificial Learning/Machine Learning (AI/ML)
