Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Test Engineering, Electronic Products
- Manage factory test stations from engineering builds to End of Production (EOP), be the point of contact (POC) to internal and external teams
- Keep test process synchronized with other sites across the entire production line
- Drive yield, retest rate and test related issues and optimization
- Work with contract manufacturer on test related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), test fixtures readiness, cycle time/unit per hour (UPH), and line balance
- Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams in managing control run and process changes
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Test Engineering, Electronic Products
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to participate in complex technical discussions
