Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Solutions Developer to join their Workspace Support team. This role combines technical expertise with customer support, focusing on resolving complex technical issues for Google Workspace customers. As a Technical Solutions Developer, you'll be part of a global team providing 24/7 support to help customers transition to Google Cloud seamlessly. The position requires strong debugging skills, system administration knowledge, and coding abilities in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

The role involves managing critical customer issues, developing tools for faster diagnosis, and acting as a technical consultant for internal stakeholders. You'll work with distributed systems, hosted services, and various Internet technologies while using SQL to analyze datasets for performance monitoring and troubleshooting. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact Google Cloud's success by understanding and advocating for customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in debugging code and troubleshooting technical issues, with knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and Internet technologies.
