As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Google, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. Your role will involve concept design, testing, data analysis, and support, overseeing the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You'll need to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative solutions, and act as a partner and consultant. The role involves building tools, automating products, overseeing technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as developing product strategy and prioritizing projects and resources.
This position is part of the SecOps SOAR team, which came to Google Cloud through the acquisition of Siemplify. SecOps SOAR is a leading provider of security orchestration, automation, and response. The team blends technical expertise with robust SecOps experience to address operational challenges of leading security organizations worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving customer problems, designing and implementing new operations and productivity tools, acting as a consultant for key stakeholders, maintaining an in-depth understanding of Google's product technology, working closely with multiple teams to improve products, and advocating for customers by representing their issues to Product Management and Software Engineering.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience, with a strong background in coding, database systems, and experience with SaaS products and REST APIs. The ideal candidate will have certifications in Security, experience with network administration, Linux/Unix systems, and a good understanding of web technologies. The position may require non-standard working hours and the ability to work effectively with customers to understand their business needs and challenges.
