Responsibilities For Marketing - Lead Developer
- Lead a development team in the creation and maintenance of websites and web applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications
- Lead best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and version control
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Lead the integration of AI technologies, including LLM and AI image recognition
- Provide mentorship and feedback to team members
Requirements For Marketing - Lead Developer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and other web technologies
- 2+ years of experience working on a team utilizing GIT
- Must pass pre-employment background investigation
- Ability to identify and coach lower performing team members
- Maintains development and documentation standards
- Establishes strong relationships with other developers
