Description For Data Information Model Developer

GSK is seeking a Data Information Model Developer to join their R&D team in a role that combines technical expertise with leadership in creating and governing scientific data information models. This position is crucial for enabling consistent data provisioning across R&D teams while ensuring proper data governance and ownership. Responsibilities For Data Information Model Developer

  • Create and maintain scientific data information models
  • Advise on implementation of data information models in clinical trial context
  • Develop and implement vision and strategy for scientific data information models
  • Ensure alignment of governance and data management practice
  • Partner with R&D Tech teams and deliver use-cases
  • Represent organization in industry forums and collaborate with external partners

Requirements For Data Information Model Developer

  • BSc/MSc/PhD in Information Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related subject
  • Understanding of data information modelling and governance principles
  • Agile mindset
  • Deep expertise of clinical data and information modelling (HL7, FHIR, OMOP(CDM), CDISC)
  • Deep expertise in clinical data regulations
  • Experience in driving change in large global organization
  • Strong relationship building skills
