Description For Customer Success Engineer

Hadrius is seeking an entrepreneurial Customer Success Engineer to be the primary bridge between customers and their product. As the first CX hire, you'll play a critical role in defining the culture, processes, and eventually team that comprises Hadrius' relationship with customers. You'll wear multiple hats, working between Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, and Software Engineer roles.

Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside the founders to solve customer problems, communicate effectively that their problems are being solved, and build tools to streamline efforts. You'll quickly become an expert on the Hadrius product and processes, serving as one of the customers' primary champions internally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer accounts and responding to support requests
  • Handling customer implementations
  • Scaling manual CX processes
  • Tracking usage, NPS, and CSAT metrics
  • Converting customer feedback into product priorities
  • Fielding customer issues over various communication channels

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tremendous demonstrable grit
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and manage workload without overhead
  • Detail-oriented and process-focused approach
  • Intrinsic motivation to create opportunities for customer satisfaction
  • Excitement to scale up manual processes
  • Technical background in computer science or related experience
  • 0-2 years of experience

Nice-to-haves include experience at a Series A startup, product/engineering experience, and potential to develop into a CX leadership role.
