Hadrius is seeking an entrepreneurial Customer Success Engineer to be the primary bridge between customers and their product. As the first CX hire, you'll play a critical role in defining the culture, processes, and eventually team that comprises Hadrius' relationship with customers. You'll wear multiple hats, working between Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, and Software Engineer roles.
Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside the founders to solve customer problems, communicate effectively that their problems are being solved, and build tools to streamline efforts. You'll quickly become an expert on the Hadrius product and processes, serving as one of the customers' primary champions internally.
