Senior Power BI & Data Visualization Developer

Hillenbrand, a global industrial leader, is seeking a Senior Power BI & Data Visualization Developer to drive their data transformation initiative. This remote position, based in Mexico, offers an exciting opportunity to shape how the company visualizes and utilizes its vast data resources. As part of the Performance Operating Metrics (POM) team, you'll work alongside global experts to develop innovative dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

The role focuses on creating scalable, interactive dashboards and reports that transform complex data into accessible insights. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data engineers to drive a data-driven culture while ensuring reporting solutions align with strategic objectives. Your expertise in Power BI, DAX, and SQL will be crucial in developing sophisticated data models and visualizations that enable better decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of impactful analytics, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative visual solutions, and implementing best practices in data visualization. You'll work with cutting-edge tools including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Tabular Editor, and ALM Toolkit, while staying current with the latest trends in data visualization and analytics.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of BI development experience, strong technical skills in Power BI and SQL, and a deep understanding of data modeling and visualization principles.
