Senior Power BI & Data Visualization Developer

Hillenbrand is seeking a Senior Power BI & Data Visualization Developer to play a crucial role in their data transformation journey. This remote position, based in Mexico, offers an exciting opportunity to shape how the company visualizes and utilizes its vast data resources.

The role focuses on developing scalable, interactive dashboards and reports that transform complex data into accessible, actionable insights. As part of Hillenbrand's Performance Operating Metrics (POM) team, you'll work alongside global experts to develop innovative dashboards that translate complex data into tangible business outcomes. Your work will directly impact how Hillenbrand leverages data for smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience as a BI & Visualization Developer, with deep expertise in Power BI solutions, DAX, and SQL. You'll need strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. The role requires English language proficiency and the ability to work during EST business hours (6:30am to 3:30pm EST).
